Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strakk app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by an independent developer ("Strakk", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Strakk. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

When using Strakk, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Post content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other members, including inside rooms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Cheat, manipulate points and leaderboards, or misuse the Service.

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as posts, photos, and workout data. By posting to a room or the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share that content within Strakk so the Service can work as intended (for example, showing your post to the room you posted it to). You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it.

Strakk is a fitness tracking and motivation tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition. You use Strakk and perform any workout at your own risk, and you are responsible for training safely.

• The AI Coach writes suggestions, recaps and workouts from the training data on your account. It is generated text and it can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, even when it sounds confident.
• Nothing it produces is medical, nutritional or professional advice. The health and fitness disclaimer above applies to it in full, and you remain responsible for judging whether any suggestion is safe for you before acting on it.
• To answer, your message and the relevant training figures are sent to our model provider. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent and to whom.
• Coach usage may be rate limited, and the underlying model may change or be unavailable at times. We may adjust or withdraw Coach features.
• Do not rely on the Coach in an emergency or to diagnose an injury. Speak to a qualified professional.

Strakk works with third-party services, including Apple Health, Google and Apple sign-in, and our backend provider Supabase. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

• Strakk is free to use. Logging workouts, rooms, leaderboards, streaks and the exercise library do not cost anything and are not time limited.
• Strakk Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Apple Health and Apple Watch sync, the AI Coach, AI workout generation, analytics, personal records, muscle balance and full history. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Manage or cancel any time in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, not by us. We cannot issue or refuse a refund on Apple's behalf.

The Strakk app, website, brand, and content (other than your content) belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our name, logo, or materials beyond using the Service as intended.

You can stop using Strakk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Some provisions, such as disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Records, points, and stats are provided for motivation and may not be perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strakk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or your training. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms as Strakk evolves. We will change the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
